By connecting the Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro to your smartphone, you can manage the measured data with the dedicated application 'EufyLife'. EufyLife is released for free on iOS and Android.

This time, install the iOS version to connect the Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro and the iPhone at hand. Open the EufyLife release page on the App Store and tap 'Get' to install.

When you launch EufyLife you will be asked to allow notifications. This time, select 'Do not allow'.

Since the end user license agreement is displayed, tap 'I agree'.

Swipe right twice for a quick how-to.

Enter your email address and password, check 'I agree to eufy's terms of use and privacy', and tap 'Account registration'.

Once your account is created, proceed to enter your gender, date of birth, and height. Tap 'I agree'.

Enter your name, gender, date of birth and height, and tap 'Save' in the upper right.

Next, link Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro with your smartphone. Tap 'Add device'.

Since you are asked to use Bluetooth, tap 'OK'.

Touch the metal part in the center of the Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro to turn it on and automatically enter Bluetooth connection mode. Once paired, if you start the main unit, it will automatically connect to the smartphone via Bluetooth.

If the Bluetooth connection is successful, you can send the Wi-Fi connection settings to the Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro main unit. Tap 'Start'.

Select the Wi-Fi SSID, enter the password, and tap 'Next'.

Now you can connect to your smartphone via LAN by Wi-Fi.

Once you have successfully connected to Wi-FI, get on the Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro barefoot and start measuring.

Tap 'Start'.

Then, the measurement data was immediately sent to EufyLife like this. Try tapping the item labeled 'Data'.

The measured data is displayed like this. The types of data are weight, BMI, body fat percentage, heart rate, muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate.

Water content, body fat mass, lean mass, bone mass (kg), visceral fat, protein

Skeletal muscle mass, subcutaneous fat, body age, and body type. The body fat percentage is high and the BMI is over 25, so it is a numerical value group that is considered obese, but it is said that it is a standard body type.

Next, tap the 3D model displayed on the top page.

Then, your body shape calculated from your body measurements is displayed as a 3D model.

However, it is not possible to accurately show body shape with only numerical values, such as how to attach meat and balance. Therefore, measure the circumference of the arms and legs with the measure attached to the Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro. For example, when I measured the circumference of my upper arm, it was actually 27 cm.

The icon at the top of the icons to the right of the 3D model indicates the upper arm. By tapping this upper arm icon, moving the slide displayed below and entering the actual measurement value, the body shape of the 3D model will be more accurate.

Next time, we plan to write an article about how data can be obtained by actually using the Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro for a week, and what happens when it is linked with iPhone healthcare, so please look forward to it.
Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro can be purchased at Amazon.co.jp, and the list price is 6990 yen including tax.
